United States: Free standard shipping is available for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. Eligible U.S. orders will have a standard shipping charge of $0.00 at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or refused address, we may offer a reshipment or refund depending on the situation. Additional reshipping fees may apply, and original shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable.

PREAUREUM is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law, but we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials.
Because some PREAUREUM products may be made-to-order, personalized, or produced specifically for your order, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Original shipping fees, handling fees, and shipping protection fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.
