Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment options shown at checkout, depending on your location and eligibility.
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Some products may require additional production or preparation time, especially personalized, made-to-order, or print-on-demand style items. During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
The shipping times below begin after order processing and are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on the destination, carrier, and product availability.

Free Standard Shipping (US): PREAUREUM offers free standard shipping for orders delivered to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days after order processing.
Delivery may take longer because of customs, weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
United States: Free standard shipping is available for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. Eligible U.S. orders will have a standard shipping charge of $0.00 at checkout.
International Orders: For destinations outside the United States, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, order value, product weight, and available shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear after the carrier receives your package. If your tracking page shows no movement right away, it usually means the carrier has not completed the first scan yet.
You can track your order through our tracking page: Track Your Order
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or production time.
In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. PREAUREUM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or has shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or refused address, we may offer a reshipment or refund depending on the situation. Additional reshipping fees may apply, and original shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. PREAUREUM is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building manager, mailroom, or local carrier.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will review the case and help determine the next step.
PREAUREUM is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law, but we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.
Shipping delays can happen due to holidays, customs, severe weather, carrier disruptions, high order volume, or other events beyond our control.
If your package has not updated for several business days, please contact us and we will help review the tracking status.
If you have any questions about shipping or delivery, please contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
