United States: Free standard shipping is available for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. Eligible U.S. orders will have a standard shipping charge of $0.00 at checkout.
International Orders: For destinations outside the United States, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, order value, product weight, and available shipping method.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or refused address, we may offer a reshipment or refund depending on the situation. Additional reshipping fees may apply, and original shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable.

PREAUREUM is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law, but we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, and shipping protection fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.
