Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear after the carrier receives your package. If your tracking page shows no movement right away, it usually means the carrier has not completed the first scan yet.

Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or production time.
In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. PREAUREUM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or has shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or refused address, we may offer a reshipment or refund depending on the situation. Shipping fees may be non-refundable.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. PREAUREUM is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building manager, mailroom, or local carrier.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will review the case and help determine the next step.
PREAUREUM is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.
Delayed Packages
Shipping delays can happen due to holidays, customs, severe weather, carrier disruptions, high order volume, or other events beyond our control.
If your package has not updated for several business days, please contact us and we will help review the tracking status.

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because some PREAUREUM products may be made-to-order, personalized, or produced specifically for your order, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please contact us before sending anything back.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for your return request
- Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging, especially if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
Return Shipping Address
Please do not send your item back to the sender address, manufacturer address, or any address shown on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may not be processed or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item, defective item, or item damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. PREAUREUM is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees, handling fees, and shipping protection fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another solution depending on the situation.
Inspection and Refund Approval
All returned items are inspected after arrival. Refund eligibility is based on the condition of the item and whether the return meets our policy requirements.
If an item is returned used, worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, or not in resaleable condition, we may deny the refund, issue a partial refund, or provide store credit instead.
Refund Processing Time
