If a free shipping offer is available, the required order value and conditions will be shown on our website or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear after the carrier receives your package. If your tracking page shows no movement right away, it usually means the carrier has not completed the first scan yet.
You can track your order through our tracking page: Track Your Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or production time.
In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. PREAUREUM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or has shipped.

A Meaningful Design
This fantasy artwork illustrates an orange-scaled dragon with emerald wing membranes reading an illuminated open book in a gothic library. The composition features towering antique bookshelves, glowing candles, a vintage lantern, and an antique globe. Bathed in golden candlelight against shadowy architectural arches, the piece provides a scholarly aesthetic celebrating dark academia and mythical literature.
